Client-Service Provider Confidentiality: Your privacy and comfort are our priority. We will not share your contact details nor any information provided during any appointment. In the event that sharing information could prove beneficial to the client, Crossroad Healing Arts will request your written permission to share this information with a third party.
Reserve rights: We reserve the right to change the content of this website, blog, social media properties, or any of its pages, shut it down completely, or change the terms and conditions of use at any time.
Appointments: We do not set, nor do we conduct, appointments via text, direct message, social media, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Skype. All appointments must be made via this web site. All other appointments are conducted by Zoom. Upon making your appointment, a Zoom url will be automatically generated and the link is accessible in your confirmation and reminder emails.
Pricing and Payment: We aim to maintain fair and competitive pricing. Prices for services and related works are subject to change at any time. When discounts are offered, they are applicable only to specific services or products and may not be combined with any other discounts.
The list price constitutes the cost of the service, is due in full upon scheduling, and is non-refundable. Clients may pay using PayPal as well as debit and credit cards. We do not accept cash or check.
The price listed on the web site is the only valid price for any product sold on this web site. Clients may pay using PayPal as well as debit and credit cards through the online store. We do not accept cash or check.
Divination Clients will be informed during their session of any recommended works and their purpose. Most of the recommended works will be for the client to perform him or herself at their ancestor altar. If there are any recommended works that must be done by me, the client will be notified in due corse. Once a client agrees to proceed with the work, they will receive a link to purchase. Work commences upon receipt of the client’s explicit agreement and then, only after works have been paid in full.
We will do our best to complete and ship all works no fewer than 30 days following the date on which a client pays the deposit; however, each client scenario is different and may require more time to complete. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and related supply chain issues, shipping delays vendor delays are the norm. Once shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, or other issues, caused by the carrier or any other party.
Cancellation, refunds, and related issues:
Services and Subscriptions
All purchases are 100% non-refundable. No exceptions. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel their appointments or subscriptions. Appointment cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the appointment, will receive a 100% refund. No shows forfeit the total value of the service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the appointment will receive a credit that they may use towards a future appointment. Requests to reschedule an appointment must be made 48 hours in advance of the original appointment. Clients will receive confirmation of their cancelled or rescheduled appointment by email. Any appointments that need to be cancelled by Crossroad Healing Arts automatically qualify for rescheduling or refund.
Products
There are no refunds on digital products. Refunds for physical products will be considered only in the case of damage and then, only a case by case basis at the discretion of the owner upon receipt of documentation which must include a description of the issue and accompanying images.
We do not accept returns. We are not responsible for delays, losses caused by USPS nor any other carrier we may use to deliver your package. We are not responsible if your package has been stolen.
Punctuality
It is in your best interest to be punctual and attend all appointments. If you are late by 15 minutes or more, you will receive an email informing you of your ability to reschedule. Appointments cancelled by the client, will not be refunded.
Transferring Your Appointment to a Third Party
You may not book an appointment for yourself and later transfer it to someone else without previously contacting us. In this instance, the 48 hour rule does not apply, your appointment will be immediately cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. If you would like to purchase a service for someone, contact us first at info@crossroadhealingarts.com.
Subscription Packages
All packages must be completed within 6 months of the date purchased. The only exception is if Crossroad Healing Arts requires that a client's appointments be shifted. Otherwise, any appointments not completed by the 6 month mark, will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
THEE Communiversity:
THEE Communiversity is an online, patrons community hosted on Patreon with a corresponding Discord server. Patrons benefit from a range of amenities per tier that include exclusive, early access to product offerings, shipping discounts, discounts on services and much more. Learn more here. Only patrons may take advantage of these benefits. Any non-patron found benefitting from amenities exclusive to THEE Communiversity will be notified via email with a request to join THEE Communiversity. If after 24 hours, there has been no response or a refusal to comply with the request, the individual's monies will be refunded to them with an explanation via email.
Crossroad Healing Arts does not offer what cannot be provided. Crossroad Healing Arts reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client for any reason that compromises the efficacious function of its business. In the event of discontinued services, the client will be refunded the amount equal to the unused services.
